I found an app on Apple called Loose It to track my daily meals and I use a health journal called Strategic Vitality Lifestyle Planner & Journal . The author Christa King has a health and wellness brand at www.fitlandiafitness.com
I just wanted to share two tools I am using to put my health first. Trying to plan the overthrow of the world can take up a lot of your time so this system has blessed me.
